This Privacy Policy explains how OneDayMVP (operated at onedaymvp.work) collects, uses, discloses, and manages your personal information when you use our platform.
OneDayMVP is an international freelance marketplace. We facilitate connections between builders and clients by providing a platform for them to find each other, communicate, and collaborate to ship MVPs in record time.
1. Information We Collect
Authentication & Profile Data
We use LinkedIn OAuth to securely verify your identity. When you sign up, we collect:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Profile Picture
We also collect any additional information you choose to add to your user profile, such as your Github link, X (Twitter) handle, portfolio links, and personal bio.
Financial Data
All monetary transactions on OneDayMVP, including bounty boosts and builder subscriptions, are securely processed by Dodo Payments.
We do not process, collect, or store your raw credit card data or bank information on our servers. We only receive tokens and webhooks from Dodo Payments confirming whether a transaction was successful.
Platform Activity
We collect data related to your interactions on the platform, including:
- Bounties posted and proposals submitted
- Services created and purchased
- Direct messages exchanged with other users
- Reviews and ratings given or received
2. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
To facilitate the freelance marketplace, certain information is shared publicly with other users on the platform:
- Your public profile information (Name, Avatar, Skills, Bio)
- Your active bounties and services
- Your ratings and reviews
Your direct contact information (Email/Phone) is kept private by default. It may be shared with another user only if both parties engage in a direct transaction or project agreement.
3. Data Retention and Security
Your data is stored securely in Convex cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments — we do not store credit card information.
4. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
